Zen News: Kaisers talk the world through their third album

Yorkshire stadium fillers Kaiser Chiefs are about to unleash their third studio album Off With Their Heads on the Great British public. After the phenomenal commercial success of their previous albums and a summer that included headline slots at virtually every major European venue and festival, Ricky Wilson and chums have enlisted the help of man-of-the-minute producer Mark Ronson for the follow up to 2007's Employment. Released in the UK on October 20th, lead single Never Miss a Beat, has already gone top ten and if any album is going to knock Dig Out Your Soul off the number one spot next week, you can bet on it being this one.

For those who just can't wait one more week to start learning the tunes for next years football terraces, you can get your fix of super-chantable choruses one week early courtesy of those fantastic fellas over at Last.fm - what would we do without 'em?

There's even a track-by-track commentary, to satisfy your thirst for knowledge. Winston's Zen would like to draw your attention to track six; Good Days, Bad Days, "a song about the underdog". Written in the week following the Kaisers beloved Leeds United's Play Off final defeat at the hands of the mighty Doncaster Rovers, this one is sure to become a firm favourite here on Zen Avenue. A song I'll never be able to listen to without cracking a smile.

Thanks for that boys. In return, here's a picture I took that fateful day ;-)
Oh, the memories!

Back soon,
Winston
